Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas via trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Remote Areas: May take 5–7 business days depending on location
Note: Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Flat Rate: PKR 200 per order
Free Shipping: on orders above PKR 3,000
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure your contact number is correct and active at the time of delivery.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If your order is delayed or undelivered:
- Ensure your phone number is reachable
- Re-check the shipping address
- Contact us if no update is received after 5 working days
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or if something is missing from your package:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof
