Refund Policy
At UK Store Kharian, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items on sale or clearance
Perfumes, cosmetics, or personal care items that have been opened or used
Any item not in its original condition or damaged by the customer
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First check your bank account again
Then contact your bank or card provider (some processing time may apply)

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
